# We come from families who wear every hat

We grew up around entrepreneurs, people who ran their own businesses and rarely had the luxury of specializing.

They were the tradesperson, the bookkeeper, the scheduler and the one answering the phone after hours, often all in the same day. What carried them wasn’t a system. It was passion for their craft and a determination not to let anything slip.
